Our two man delivery and installation team can install your new purchase getting you up and running as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please ensure there is sufficient clear access to your property for our installation teams to safely deliver and install your new purchased. Our installation team can call you up to one hour before arriving, please notify the sales assistant or email info@colinmsmith.com of this request and it will be added to the delivery notes.
TV & AV Installation Options
Our TV & AV installation service includes:
- Unpacking and removal of packaging
- Building and attaching stand/Attaching to existing suitable wall bracket1
- Connecting of supplied and existing equipment (Digital Recorder, DVD, Sky, etc.)
- Setup and configuration including tuning in all available channels and connection to WiFi (if applicable)
- Demonstration of new equipment

Things Outwith Our Installation Services
We do not provide joinery, plumbing or electrical works other than connecting to an existing points. We do not modify/cut cabinets, worktops, etc or fit cooker hoods. We also do not disconnect or install gas appliances. We recommend you hire suitable tradesperson(s) for these services.
We do reserve the right to refuse to collect any item we believe constitutes a health and safety risk to our team. Please ensure there is sufficient access for the installation team, if unsure please contact us for advice.
